The Preferred Partners Network (PPN) is an exclusive network of approved commercial and industrial trade allies. PPN members are experts in their field, provide sound advice on energy investments, install energy equipment, and guide participants through the process of applying for incentives throughout the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) service area.

Preferred Partners are trained to have a strong knowledge of the TVA EnergyRight® for Business & Industry program, and can help recommend solid energy solutions. Preferred Partners have access to resources that may be available to support the installation of energy solutions project.
To become a member of the Preferred Partners Network, the trade ally must fill out an application. The application process is easy and quick. If you meet the requirements and complete all the training, you will be on your way to differentiating yourself in the market place by being a TVA Preferred Partners Member.

As a Silver Member, you will be able to enjoy the fundamental benefits of the EnergyRight® for Business & Industry Program as part of the Preferred Partners Network. The Silver Membership provides an easier level of access for users who do minimal projects within the TVA Territory yet still wish to offer their customers access to TVA incentives. Your Silver Membership will provide you with access to apply for EnergyRight® for Business & Industry incentives on behalf of your customer, and recognition on the EnergyRight® website.
As a Gold Member, you will be part of the Preferred Partners Network enabling you to not only apply for EnergyRight® for Business & Industry incentives on behalf of your customer, but access to leads, trainings and more. Your Gold Membership will provide you access to nationally recognized training and Program tools, access to warm leads, and recognition on the EnergyRight® website.
As a Platinum Member, you will enjoy the same benefits of the Gold Membership but as a Platinum Member you will stand out among your Gold Member peers. Your Platinum membership will provide you: Platinum recognition on the EnergyRight® website, customized tools, and sales collateral; increased store points; a dedicated Operations Center liaison; and advanced access to warm leads.
Prospective members must fill out a Preferred Partners Network Application. The application spells out the specifics; some general requirements are listed below.
If you are a trade ally, you can receive updates by becoming a Preferred Partners Member. If you are a customer, you can receive updates by going to the EnergyRight® for Business & Industry website or by reaching out to your Local Power Company.
Once you have completed an EnergyRight® for Business & Industry project, you will be provided a link to rate your project experience. The rating you provide will be included in the overall rating of the Preferred Partners Member rating. The rating determines the standing of the Preferred Partners member in the Network.
