Please note that file types currently accepted are:

  9. XML
File names cannot include special characters except:
  1. Dashes
  2. Periods
  3. Underlines

Maximum file size cannot exceed 4 megabytes per file, and 15 megabytes total for all files. If the file size exceeds the limit, please contact the Operations Center for alternative options.

If no documents or incorrect documents are uploaded, this is considered missing information. Missing information will cause a delay in processing projects and will be counted against PPN KPI's.
